What Movie is this? I cant remember .?

I honestly cant remember the name but like these people are in space or sumthin but like there are these ghost things and if they touch you u die, and like in 1 scene this guy gets touched by 1 and they do surgery on him with a laser, can you tell me this movie? I also remember that it was not Titan A.E.
