Can the 2008 cardinals be called one year wonders?

I live in az the cards have no fans when I want to go see a NFL game at the new stadium there are more fans from the visiting team when the chargers come we take over there birds nest and so do other teams fans but can the 08 cardinals be in the same group as the 1998 falcons the the 1999 titans the 2002 bucs and 2002 raiders other one year wonders
