How far can you run 10-2 wire?

i want to run a new wire from my pressure switch on my well pump to the breaker box. The old one has a splice and I think it may give me some trouble in the long run. The well house is around 75-100 feet from the breaker box. It has 10-2 run to it already. Can I run it that far without trouble?
