How well would this rig work? Any complications/weak points?

That sounds pretty good. One of my friends has roughly the same setup in his rig, and it runs StarCraft II on the highest settings, so it should be good enough for all of the games that you listed. The only thing is, I'd advise using Windows XP or 7 instead of Vista, and also, you should probably get a bigger hard drive. Other than that, your system sounds great!
