What Book would offer me the broadest range of knowledge over the greek gods, titans, and heroes?

Mythology by Edith Hamilton is rather comprehensive. It's a good resource for Greek myths, and it's even got a few Norse myths thrown in, too (if you're interested). It was required reading for me in high school, and I really enjoyed it.
