My bf calls me by his last name,, does it mean something? ( distance relation)?

Thats a good thing! I'm a guy and I call my girlfriend by my last name. My last name is Quinn and she used to call me "Quinny" So I called her Quinny and she loves it. She laughs every time. Trust me on this it's a good thing.
