My 2006 nissan titan drivers side window want come up but the passenger side will come up is it a bad fuse?

The most likely culprit is the master switch. After that, the window motor. There is almost never another reason for the failure. If the drivers window failed going up, perhaps slower and slower when being raised, it could 50/50 motor/master switch. If the window function worked intermittently then one day failed to work all together, it's most likely the switch.
