Does a DDR3-Supported Motherboard also support DDR2 RAM?

No it wont. for 1 thing the processor doesnt know how to use DDR2, secondly it wouldnt fit because the chips are different sizes, although they may look the same depending on the maker. Dont try it, it would be terrible to destroy your motherboard.
