DC Comics - One Year Later events?

So after the events of Infinity Crisis at least with Teen Titans, Robin, and Night Wing issues it suddenly jumps to one year later. I know from some hints in the comics that Nightwing and Robin go with Batman on some world tour but I never have gotten any details of that and would like to know what (if any) comic issues detail the events that happen in that year for the three. Also if there is a trade paperback (collection) of that yet.
